Bad printing results

This morning I wanted to print the paperbox again. Around 7 hours it would take.  But already at the start it showed that the print went bad.  There was a general underextrusion all the time.  The feeder seems to do good work...  It might probably be the printhead...the nozzle.  Maybe there is dirt in it.
