Bamboo Skewers Second and final result

Yesterday evening I finished another 6 pieces for the innerconstruction of the cube.  It took 4:16 hours to print this.  The length is 3 cm.
I still have to clean them up with my dremel.

As the Ultimaker finished the last three pieces, after 2:14 hours,  I started to clean them all up immediately.  With the dremel I did that in three steps.  First with a sandpaper, then with a stone and then with a soft item.  Now the surface of the pieces feels almost smooth where the raft has been.  The corner pieces I did another time with the dremel with the three steps and they now feel a lot smoother.

Here you see how the bottompart of the skewer-cube will look like...

Then the center piece can start.  Here is an image of it in the software from Ultimaker  Cura.

This form started with a cube in blender.  Cura's time estimate for this print is 15:21 hour. I started it at 7:00 am so it should be finished by 11:00 pm.
On the image below you see the sphere after 11% is done.  Clearly you can see the support material that is build in the centerpart.
Here it is seen after 27% is done.  It is already 3:20 hours printing..
And here it is after 49% is ready.  It has now printed for 7:30 hour.  Half way...
After 60% was done.  Printing time is now 9:57 hours. Because it takes so long to build a little item it is important to create the mesh so that as little as possible material will be used.  It depends also on the purpose for the item.  Should it withhold pressure...it has to be stronger.  Is it only for decoration purpose...it can be very light.
And here it is seen when 78% is done.   After printing time of 12:22  hour.  This will be the last piece for the bamboo skewers cube.   Estimated total time of printing will be  35:12 hour for all the parts.
And finally ready after 15:20 hour.  First it has to cleaned from the support material.
I cleared it from the support material. That went easy. But as you can see it needs some smoothing with the dremel.
On this image a misformed line is see just under the hole's.  The extruder of the printer might have shown some problems there...  It should have been smooth like the rest...
The cleaning with the dremel went difficult..  The construction is to difficult for that.. Also inside the sphere were parts to clean up.  The assembling of the cube was easier then I thought.  A little pythagoras helped me.   And finaly here it is..
